Tricon Acquires New Distribution Deals

Tricon Films & Television, one of North America’s fastest growing production and distribution companies, announces new distribution agreements with leading producers Ocean Entertainment, Ride Guide Productions Inc and Wooden Horse Productions, which will be added to their already extensive catalogue of programming

Following the success of Family Renovation and Red Hot & Ready, Tricon has secured yet another title from Ocean Entertainment, titled Spice Goddess - a 13-part Indian influenced cooking series produced for The Cooking Channel. In addition, one of North America’s longest standing sport adventure series Ride Guide now in its 14th season, as well as the sitcom / animated shorts Linda Has 2 Mommies round out today’s announcement.

Tricon Films & Television’s newly acquired programming includes:

Spice Goddess 13 X 30 HD

The Spice Goddess affirms the power of using fresh, wholesome ingredients to make simple and tasty meals. In each of the half-hour episodes, the spice goddess (Bal Arneson) will demonstrate techniques to enhance flavour and how to make every a culinary celebration.

Having grown up in a traditional Indian village, Bal has cooked from a very young age and knows that creating tasty food is something any cook can achieve. She also believes that good food is not complex, nor is it bland. Join Bal as she delves into the world of herbs, spices, and fresh food to show how just a pinch of this and a little bit of that can put the pizzazz back into
any dish.
